随着中国城镇化的推进,全国进城务工人员队伍不断扩大,家庭式流动比重越来越高,对流动人口的城市接纳、社会包容与社会服务管理也日益重要,尤其是流动家庭随迁子女在流入地的教育问题日益凸显。本文以广东省东莞市H镇为调查点,以该地流动人口子女接受义务教育情况为调查内容,结合该地的教育资源及针对流动人口子女的教育政策,重点考察了城市接纳流动人口子女的制度衔接,进而初步观照了家庭式流动人口在流入地的社会服务管理制度。
<<With the advance of urbanization in China,migrant workforce has been expanded in the whole countryside and the portion of family-scaled floating population is increasingly high,the city adoption and adaption,social inclusion and social service towards floating population are increasingly important,and the education issue of children from floating family has become particularly prominent. Aided by analyzing the distribution of public schools and local government’s policies on floating children’s compulsory education,this article takes H County of Dongguan City,Guangdong Province as the fieldwork site and the compulsory education situation of its floating children as object,focuses on the system’s convergence of city adoption and adaption,social inclusion and social service management,and further observes and explores the social service management system towards floating family in inflow places.
