The integration development of rural tourism and culture is not only the innovative inheritance of rural culture，but also the new format and value chain reconstruction of rural tourism.It provides a new path for the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The integration development has multiple paths and patterns.It includes endogenous power and exogenous power and can be realized through the deconstruction and reconstruction of the value chain.The scenic spot of Pit-housing in Shanzhou，Sanmenxia is showed as a case for empirical study.Basing the integration development of the local rural tourism and the traditional architectural culture of Pit-housing，a systematic analyses about the path，model，power and realization，which is related to integration development，are carried out.The realistic path of integration development is also illustrated.The results obtained in this paper provide inspiration and reference for the market demand driven，government macro management and diversification integration model in development of rural tourism.
