Port construction is the key fulcrum of Henan's two markets in the process of deepening agricultural supply side structural reform.At the same time，it is also an important part of building an inland open economic highland and an important way to promote agricultural modernization.This paper summarizes the current situation of Henan port construction and the current situation of agricultural products' foreign trade.On this basis，we further discussed the advantages of building agricultural products port in Henan，including agricultural industry，location and inclination of national policy.The difficulties also be discussed such as fierce competition from the surrounding areas and the weak foundation of the export-oriented agriculture industry.Finally，the countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the entry and exit ports of agricultural products in Henan are put forward.
