In order to promote the study of Jiangsu context ， I will propose three concrete proposals：First， on the key links such as “what to do research”， “who do research” and “how to do”， we should gradually establish and perfect a set of scientific and rigorous operating mechanism； Second， it’s necessary to change the distinction on certificating the issued project of Jiangsu context， improve financial management regulations， simplify reimbursement procedures， implement the multilevel incentive policy， and make policies that favor the youth. Last but not the least important is that we should create three exchange platforms of “Jiangsu Culture Netword”， “Jiangsu Culture Research” and “World Forum”.
