Society is an ethical field， where a variety of ethical relationships and social orders are formed along with each individual's constant contemplation over others and themselves， and furthermore come the development of the emotion and value that exerts a dominating influence on the human society as a whole. This paper aims to present the reality of the social ethical relationship through the investigation of Jiangsu's moral condition， focusing on the analysis of the positive and the negative factors for the social ethical relationship：the most significant factors involved are the development of online media， the collapse of traditional culture， and individualism bolstered by the market economy； the least popular social group falls upon government officials， and the most influential group is parents. This conclusion is related closely to the times， and highlights the contradiction and differentiation between ethics and economy. Based on Hegel's idea of “civil society” and the Chinese traditional ethical culture， this paper， by making an in-depth theoretical analysis and practical case study， seeks for effective solutions from the three aspects of culture， economy and technology， so as to provide theoretical guidance for promoting the social ethics in Jiangsu Province and the whole country.
