Strengthening the public communication work in the nuclear power industry is an objective requirement for guaranteeing the safety，health，sustainable development of nuclear power technology，and improving the regulatory level of China’s nuclear and radiation safety；an urgent requirement to crack down on the “nuclear panic” of the public；an important way to protect the public’s right to know，participate，and supervise and to advance the reform of social governance. This paper takes the nuclear power stakeholders as the main line，and puts forward the innovative mode of “five powers and one informatization” for public communication in China’s nuclear power industry. This mode has certain differences from the current mode of public communication of nuclear power in China，which aims to provide a useful reference for the smooth progress of China’s nuclear power public communication work.
