随着我国社区管理体制改革的不断深入,“多居一站”社区服务管理模式逐渐成为许多地区的创新之举。这种模式可以真正地实现基层服务的集约、开放、便捷及高效。新街口街道根据西城区《2015年进一步推进社区治理创新试点工作方案》要求,探索建立了新街口街道西里社区综合服务站,并取得显著成效。本文通过梳理总结新街口街道实行“多居一站”社区服务模式的重要意义及主要做法,提出要从加强服务站服务事项准入机制、注重服务站与居委会的协同沟通、加强服务站的人才队伍建设以及强化对服务站工作的监督与评估等四个方面,进一步完善当前“多居一站”社区服务模式,以期为其他区域提供经验借鉴。
<<With the deepened reform of the community management system in China,many regions have gradually developed an innovative community service management model called “One Station for Multiple Neighborhoods”,which can truly realize intensive,open,convenient and efficient grassroots services. Pursuant to the requirements in the Plan of Xicheng District for Further Advancing Community-based Governance Innovation Pilot Work in 2015,Xinjiekou Sub-district has established a comprehensive service station and made remarkable achievements. By identifying the significance and major practices of Xijiekou Sub-district in this regard,this article proposes that the current community service model of “one station for multiple neighborhoods” shall be further improved from such four aspects as strengthening the access system for service stations and items,paying attention to collaboration and communications between service stations and neighbor committees,enhancing team building of service stations and intensifying oversight and evaluation on the work of service stations so as to make available references for other regions.
