    2017年核燃料循环产业

    摘要

    核燃料循环产业是核能发展的重要基础。我国核燃料产业起步于20世纪50代,经过半个多世纪的发展,实现了从无到有、从小到大的历史性飞跃,建成了世界上只有少数国家才有的完整核燃料循环体系,为我国核事业发展奠定了坚实的基础。进入21世纪以来,随着核电的规模化发展,核燃料产业迎来了新的历史发展机遇。近年来,我国核燃料产业市场化、国际化进程不断加快,产业基础能力进一步夯实,核燃料产业规模快速壮大,科技投入不断加大,一批具有重要影响力的自主创新科技成果取得突破,产业经济效益进一步凸显,竞争力不断提升,核燃料循环后段各项工作有序推进。本报告将重点针对我国核燃料循环产业,包括铀矿勘查采冶、铀纯化转化、铀浓缩、核燃料元件、后处理及放射性废物处理处置等环节进行梳理总结,时间截至2017年底。

    Abstract

    The nuclear fuel cycle industry is an important foundation for the development of nuclear energy. China’s nuclear fuel industry started in the 50th century of the 20th century. After more than half a century of development,it has achieved a historic leap from scratch and from small to large. It has built a complete nuclear fuel cycle system that only a few countries in the world have. The development of the nuclear industry has laid a solid foundation. Since the new century,with the large-scale development of nuclear power,the nuclear fuel industry has ushered in new opportunities for historical development. In recent years,the marketization and internationalization of China’s nuclear fuel industry has been accelerating,the industrial base capacity has been further consolidated,the nuclear fuel industry has grown rapidly,and the investment in science and technology has continued to increase. A number of independently innovated technological achievements with significant influence have achieved breakthroughs,and the economic benefits of the industry have been achieved. Further highlighting the continuous improvement of competitiveness and the orderly progress of various tasks in the nuclear fuel cycle. This report will focus on China’s nuclear fuel cycle industry,including uranium exploration and mining,uranium purification and transformation,uranium enrichment,nuclear fuel components,post-processing and radioactive waste disposal and other aspects of combing summary,as of the end of 2017.
