自2000年我国进入老龄化社会以来，为了应对老龄化给经济社会发展所带来的相应挑战，我国建立了以居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为支撑的新型养老模式，即社区居家养老服务模式，将老年福利的发展与社区养老服务体系建设结合起来，使养老服务建立在符合当代中国经济发展水平和能力的社区照顾基础上，成为当代中国应对老龄化浪潮的重要福利举措。本文从社区为老服务发展的历程梳理入手，通过对一些有借鉴价值的社区服务养老模式案例的分析，再结合新街口街道为老服务发展的现状，对新街口街道未来居家养老服务发展模式进行探索，以期形成有价值的参考。
<<Since entering into an aging society in 2000，China，in response to the challenges of aging against socio-economic development，proposes to establish the community-based home elderly service pattern，which is supported by the agencies on the basis of the community. Such a pattern，which integrates elderly welfare development and elderly service system of the community，bases elderly services on community care compatible with current economic development and capacity of China and establishes itself into an important welfare measure in response to an aging China. While dating back to the track of elderly services of the community，the article analyses valuable elderly service cases of the community and explores the development pattern of elderly services in the future in Xinjiekou Sub-district on the basis of its current situation so as to offer some valuable references.
