《甘肃文化和旅游发展报告（2022）》（下册）是甘肃省社会科学院与甘肃省文化和旅游厅合作编研的甘肃文化和旅游业发展年度报告，分为总报告、发展篇、专题篇、展望篇和附录五个部分，共17个专题子报告。

《甘肃文化和旅游发展报告（2022）》（下册）在全面梳理“十三五”时期甘肃文化和旅游业发展成效与进展的基础上，深入分析当前文化和旅游业发展中存在的短板与弱项，结合“十四五”时期文化旅游发展机遇和挑战，针对性地提出推动全省文化事业全面繁荣、文化旅游产业提质增效、旅游业强劲复苏的对策建议，期冀为甘肃文化强省旅游强省建设提供借鉴。

2021年，甘肃统筹新冠肺炎疫情防控和文化旅游改革发展，持续放大文化旅游业综合效应，全省文化旅游业呈现繁荣发展和强劲复苏态势。甘肃文化和旅游厅抢抓“一带一路”发展机遇，创意营销宣传，“交响丝路·如意甘肃”文旅品牌的知名度、美誉度和影响力不断提升。注重文化遗产保护传承和创新发展相结合，坚持文化引领与产业融合发展，推动文化资源优势向文旅产业高质量发展转化，利用献礼“建党百年”和重大节庆赛事等契机，丰富文化旅游产品供给，大力实施“文化+”“旅游+”战略，促进康养、研学、演艺等新业态培育，为开创“十四五”时期文化旅游高质量发展新局面夯实了基础。进入新阶段，文化和旅游业将迎来更大发展空间，在构建“双循环”新发展格局、贯彻新发展理念进程中，甘肃文化旅游具有独特优势，需主动抓住国家重大战略机遇，坚持文化铸魂、旅游为民，培育文旅康养产业链，丰富产品供给，提升服务水平，不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。

In2021，GansucoordinateCOVID-19andtheintegrateddevelopmentofculturaltourism，thecomprehensiveeffectofculturaltourismissignificant。ThereisastrongrecoveryinculturaltourisminGansuProvince。Seizingtheopportunitiesof“theBeltandRoadInitiatives”，theDepartmentofCultureandTourismofGansuProvinceinnovativepublicitymodel，thevisibilityandinfluenceof“HarmonizedSilkRoad，BeautifulGansu”hasfurtherimproved。GansuProvincepaysmoreattentiontothecombinationofculturalheritageprotectionandinnovativedevelopment，adherestoculturalguidanceandindustrialintegrationdevelopment，andpromotesthetransformationofculturalresourceadvantagesintothehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheculturaltourismindustry。Atthesametime，takingtheopportunityofcelebratingthecentenaryofPartyanniversaryandLarge-scalefestivalsandsportsevents，GansuProvinceimplementsthe“tourism+”strategytopromotenewformatofthecreativeindustries，suchashealthtourism，researchtourismandperformance，etc。Thesemeasureslaidasolidfoundationforthedevelopmentofculturaltourismin“14thFive-YearPlan”period。Inthefuture，theculturaltourismofGansuProvincewillboundtousherinagreaterandmorebroadspacefordevelopment。Intheprocessofbuildinganewdevelopmentpatternof“doublecycle”andimplementingthenewdevelopmentconcept，usingtheuniqueadvantagesofculturaltourism，Gansushouldenrichthesupplyofculturaltourismproductstomeetthegrowingneedsofthepeopleforabetterlife。
